National Darkroast Day Illustration Update — June 25
I think I might have briefly mentioned this on the A Moment of Clarity website — I’m currently working on an illustration for a trading card for the book “National Darkroast Day” by my friend August Adams. He’s got several DC Conspiracy members working on the illustrations, and I get stuck with the one that requires all sorts of crazy perspective. Thank you Blender!
This is the current status of the illustration (click the thumbnail to enlarge). I’m waiting for approval on the characters and then I’m going to ink and color them, and beyond some tweaks (I can already see a few problems with this current version) I’ll be finished!
Also, I have a screencast of me penciling the drawing. I found that my poor computer wasn’t fast enough to be able to capture anything after that point in the illustration process. ![]()
