Thank you so much for finding Idea Sandbox Prioritizer, for writing about it, and linking to it.

I saw the CNN Money tool as I was developing the Idea Sandbox tool.

The math behind both tools is the same... it's just that the CNN Money tool displays a percentage next to the final answer.

What I tried to do to make Idea Sandbox Prioritizer easier is NOT to show you multiple choices, but rather force you to see and choose between only two things... What's more important THIS or THAT?

Personally I think the Idea Sandbox Prioritizer offers a cleaner approach.

Besides...
You can't print the CNN tool neatly (Idea Sandbox contains no ads and prints in a format ready for your planner!)...
You can't make changes if you realized you've voted wrong (Idea Sandbox allows you to re-sort the same list, even if you just want to try a different approach).
And you can't add an item after you've finished, you have to start over. (Idea Sandbox allows you to add an item to an existing list and re-prioritize with that new item included).

With all this said, in the end, it comes down to whatever works better for you personally. I'm glad there is an option now!

Thanks again! - Paul
