I’ve been having quite a time trying to get a new Visa card added to my PayPal account.  After a bit of back-and-forth with PayPal customer service, it seems to be that, for a particular PayPal account, one can only add one Visa card to the account…ever.  I know this wasn’t the case back in 2001-2002, as I had two Visa cards on there with no problems then.  And no, this policy isn’t mentioned anywhere on PayPal’s site.  Here’s another person who was having similar problems back in 2003.  Looks like I’ll only be doing bank transfers with PayPal from now on, until this bizarre policy is changed by whomever needs to change it.
